and how to navigate a referral to "the media agency"
We had the opportunity to get some (very raw) video of today's Women in Sports & Events (WISE) panel, which SponsorPitch founder Kris Mathis moderated and included Rick Singer (VP, Client Executive Marketing at IBM-pictured, far left), Christie Howard (Director, Corporate Partnerships at the LPGA-pictured, far right), Rodnell Workman (VP, Strategic Partnerships at MSG-pictured, right) and Doug Smoyer (VP, Business Development at the New York Giants-pictured, left). We'll upload some clips here throughout the week. In the meantime, here's two snippets from earlier today (turn volume all the way up!).

Thank you for these tips. I have read a lot about people being sent to the media agency. I am trying to break into the sponsorship field. I feel it is an interesting dynamic. I wonder why more sports agencies are NOT in Detroit. I realize we are the Motor City but we are a sports town as well. I wonder if there will ever be a day when Detroit is known as a larger part of the sports world.
