Under Armour is looking for a qualified, driven Planner – Sports Marketing to execute strategic plans that support the long-range UA Marketing/Events initiatives. Collaborate and partner with Marketing/Events to create seasonal assortment plans that will ensure product is available to drive Marketing/Brand initiatives; provide demand visibility to the Supply Chain; and provide analysis on inventory consumption to drive accountability. What will I do at UA?
Partner with Marketing/Events Managers to create and maintain Seasonal Account Assortment Plans in 7th Online.
Act as a liaison between Product Line Managers, Sports Marketing/Brand and Demand Planning to ensure special needs/sizes for athletes are planned and bought.
Reconcile Seasonal Account Plans to Bookings.
Partner with Merchandise Planning Team on assortment needs.
Update and maintain monthly forecasts in APO.
Drive monthly Accountability reviews outlining forecast consumption and release excess to ATS.
Partner with Demand Planning, providing visibility to the Supply Chain on major forecast changes.
Review and track week-, month-, and season-to-date consumption trends relative to Seasonal Plans and business needs.
Maintain calendar for all product categories and provide clear communication to Sports Marketing all calendar deadlines.
Work closely with AP, AC and FW planning teams and Sports Marketing as a business partner.
Manage inventory levels in @T for Sports Marketing forecasts and act as point of contact in regard to inventory reserve.
3-5 years experience in planning, buying, replenishment, finance or related field
Passion, desire and integrity
Project Management, Planning and Forecasting Experience
Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
Additional Skills and Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (i.e. basic formulas, pivot tables, link worksheets)
Knowledge of SAP, Logility or other advanced planning systems
