The 2016 show, which takes place from September 22-25, has landed a partnership with the biggest e-commerce company in the world, Amazon.com. As the exclusive retail partner of EGX, Amazon will offer gamers the opportunity to instantly buy and pre-order games and hardware at the show. Additionally, Amazon will support EGX with marketing across its website, app and social media, will offer a hub of content with Twitch live-streams and information on all the products being showcased at EGX, and the company will be running monthly prize draws so that 100 Amazon customers will have the chance to win free EGX tickets in the months leading up the show.
