AT&T* today announced it has set up two Cell on Wheels (COWs) to beef up its wireless network for crowds attending the signature springtime event. The mobile cell sites, one located in the Infield and the other at a southern parking lot area, will provide additional wireless coverage and capacity throughout Pimlico Race Course.
