By SCOTT SUTTELL Dollar Bank is stepping up and extending its sponsorship of the Cleveland International Film Festival.Festival officials announced that Dollar Bank has signed on as “presenting sponsor” for this year's festival, the 37th in its history, as well as for two more years — the 38th and 39th for one of Cleveland's leading cultural events.Dollar Bank had been the festival's “Opening Night” sponsor for the past 15 years.Terms of the sponsorship deal were not disclosed.“We are delighted to increase our sponsorship of the CIFF, which has an excellent reputation as a premier film festival among its local audience as well as nationally through the film festival circuit,” said Andrew D. Devonshire, president of Dollar Bank Ohio, in a statement.This year's festival runs April 3-14. It will screen 178 feature films and 164 short subject films, from 65 countries. Tickets go on sale to members on March 15 and to the general public on March 22.
