<p>Bundesliga club FSV Mainz 05 has signed a one-year advertising deal with Chinese tyre manufacturer Linglong Tire.<p>Bundesliga club FSV Mainz 05 has signed a one-year advertising deal with Chinese tyre manufacturer Linglong Tire.<p>The company, based in China’s Shandong Province, will advertise on LED pitchside boards at the Coface Arena throughout this season.<p>Linglong Tire advertisements debuted at the stadium during Mainz’s 2-1 win over FC Augsburg last weekend.<p>“We are pleased that we were able to gain another company from Asia as a partner,” said Dag Heydecker, Mainz’s managing director.<p>“This shows us that Mainz 05 is growing more attractive over national borders and encourages us in our plans to expand our marketing activities internationally.”<p>Financial terms of the deal have not been released.
