NJPAC announced today that TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has been named as title sponsor of NJPAC’s TD James Moody Democracy of Jazz Festival taking place at the Arts Center and other community venues around Newark, New Jersey from Oct. 15-21, 2012.
