As Vimeo’s Lead, Branded Content Sales, it will be your job to evangelize the Vimeo platform to the advertising community by strategically positioning Vimeo as the go-to destination for Companies that are searching for a unique way to connect with their target audiences. Working across all channels of the advertising ecosystem, you will identify and sell branded entertainment programs and packages to brands that resonate with Vimeo’s creative and quality obsessed user base. From creative uses of promoted products to developing large-scale content programs, you will be relied upon to and come up with big ideas that help our advertisers succeed and create a brand experience that is unique to Vimeo. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Source and close branded entertainment packages with Ad Age top 100 advertisers creating original branded content that is aligned with a high quality user experience - Manage a small team of sellers - Evangelize how Vimeo is positioned to uniquely balance marketer objectives on our platform - Drive relationships with key clients including CMOs, brand managers, strategic planners, research teams, media, social and creative agencies to create awareness and develop deep understanding of how to use Vimeo’s unique platform to reach target audiences - Partner and work across appropriate functional areas (creative, sales, product, project management, engineering, design) on development and execution of ad products and programs - Provide strategic feedback to internal stakeholders that will help inform ad product updates, creation and potentially new revenue opportunities. - Connect and enable brands and content creators to develop premium campaigns - Meet and exceed revenue targets


Required Skills

- At least 5+ years’ experience working within digital media sales (video preferred) - Experience selling and closing scalable, innovative branded entertainment products and programs within product oriented organizations - Passion for Vimeo and our creative community (understanding and general excitement for Vimeo) - Strong client management skills, experience working with top brands and agencies and strong industry relationships - Awesome communication, organization and problem-solving skills - Previous experience building, managing and inspiring a team a plus - Bachelors degree required, MBA a plus
