The Manager, Events & Partnerships will strategically partner with the Director, Events & Partnerships to help execute Marketing & Events startegies throughout the Americas. RESPONSIBILITIES - Partner with Director, Events and Partnerships on event opportunities, sourcing event partners, finding charity and partnership groups for Burberry Flagship events - Partner with Director, Experiences and Partnerships to provide logistical support for events and experiences – this includes coordination of catering, evite/invite management, List and RSVP coordination, delivery of collateral and communication to the stores - Coordinate as necessary with internal public relations and social media for those events where those communications are needed - Liaise and communicate with London Office to create invites/evites, update calendars and agendas for partnerships and events - Participate on weekly call with London to discuss pending events, develop concepts and ideas - Manage upkeep of Americas events contact lists for vendors, suppliers, charities, guests lists and hosts - Work with Director, Experiences and Partnerships on individual event budgets and organization of the overall events budget - Manage updates for Burberry Chat and Events Communications, as well as internal experience recaps from the execution cities - Work to streamline Events communications and manage the Events calendar, working closely with BPC, LA&C and Marketing - Seek out and maintain new partnerships, opportunities and event experience partners to garner ROI in Flagship markets and Tier 2 markets (working with London team on approvals and ideas) - Oversee Assistant, Events and Partnerships for administrative and event duties


Required Skills

- 4 - 5 Years Marketing Events experience preferably in a luxury retail environment - Bachelors Degree in Marketing
