- Work closely with the Sports Marketing Collegiate Managers to ensure the brand's strategy raises the awareness level of UA Collegiate Partners and products and translates into higher revenues for the TEAM SPORTS category. - Help the Collegiate Sports Marketing team exceed the expectations of the consumer by offering out-of-the box campaign ideas and events that align with the team's vision and goals. Elevate UA Collegiate and Partner Brands. - Maintain Marketing Calendar and work cross functionally with UA Category Brand Managers to align with company initiatives and deliver on all action items. Troubleshoot solutions to any project that falls off given timeline/strategy. - Collaborate with Retail counterparts (Account Marketing, UA.com, UA Retail, and Licensees) to maximize and optimize opportunities to tell the UA Collegiate story. Collaborate on GO TO MARKET strategies within each sport category Brand Manager (ex-Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, BKB, BSB, etc). - Manage apparel/footwear/accessories SMS buys (tracking, ordering and forecast management of all brand samples) in conjunction with Category Brand Managers, account for all photo/video shoot needs, addressing big stories, while staying within budget. - Manage Collegiate Content Libraries - Manage Collegiate Presentation needs for account visits, sell-ins and pitches including managing decks, videos and supplying content. - Create project-based briefs and ensure strategic alignment and execution against outlined requirements. - Collaborate with other business units and across departments (ex – Digital Marketing) to establish and support the creative direction.


Required Skills

CRITICAL SKILLS - Ability to manage and create strong, authentic relationships, internally and externally - Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing - Strong AV background and advanced computer skill set - Create effective presentations to diverse audiences - Anticipate potential issues and proactively problem solve QUALIFICATIONS - 2 years of interpersonal relationships with NCAA athletes, coaches, or PRO or NCAA university athletic department COMPETENCIES - Teamwork - Problem solving - Customer service - Communication - Time Management COMPUTER SKILLS - Excel - Word - Power Point/Keynote - Outlook - Adobe - Photoshop EDUCATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE - Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. TRAVEL - travel including weekends is required
