  • Provide support for the team strategic event plans at national and regional levels.
  • Execute and communicate plans and projects for new products launches, initiatives and corporate events according to overall communication plan from Paris.
  • Maintain budget system for events area.
  • Work with Marketing managers to promote collections and key pieces.
  • Communicate regional event plans and strategies with boutique managers. 
  • Manage Events team to achieve success in all events. 

This position is based in New York.

Required Skills

  • College degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of PR Events experience is required. 
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and be able to shift gears quickly is needed. 
  • Ability to be a strategic thinker and can anticipate future consequences.
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly and succinctly. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to be diplomatic, assertive and objective. 
  • Prior supervisory experience is required. 
  • Ability to travel is required.
