The Manager, Sales Marketing – Gaming & Entertainment is a key member of the Sales Marketing Audience and Vertical team at Pandora – a growing company thriving in the mobile, radio and digital space. It is an exciting opportunity to work within a sales organization in an extremely fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Sales, product marketing, research, and vertical marketers will be among your closest collaborators.


The ideal candidate will be an industry insider and subject matter expert who will develop and drive industry marketing strategy and execution across the sales organization. The sales marketing manager will be responsible for creating scalable, insight-based marketing tools and programs that articulate the value of Pandora for Gaming & Entertainment brands and agencies in helping them achieve their marketing objectives. He/or she will also lead the positioning of Pandora as a thought leader in the Gaming & Entertainment advertising community.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the growing Gaming and Entertainment verticals; align Pandora’s value propositions with industry specific marketing objectives
  • Be an internal and external champion of Pandora’s POV within the Gaming and Entertainment space
  • Create beautiful, street smart client-facing marketing tools driven by insights. This includes but is not limited to sales narratives, white papers and case studies
  • Be the quarterback for vertical specific revenue generating experiential events. Cultivate original concepts, compelling narratives and new packaging ideas, and lead communication of summary to sales
  • Manage Pandora’s B2B presence at vertical specific industry events, including event strategy and content development
  • Regularly contribute content for internal and external communication, including internal Sales Newsletter, National Sales Meetings, B2B advertising blog and social media
  • Proactively collaborate with sales and product teams to uncover new Gaming & Entertainment revenue opportunities
  • Maintain and update sales materials with new metrics and research as needed
  • Additional Sales Marketing duties as needed/assigned; we are a fast-growing company, so be ready to pitch in wherever needed

    Required Skills

    Preferred Qualifications:


  • Candidate must have excellent multi-tasking and project management skills, yet posses a strategic lens
  • Must have 5-8 years of experience as a B2B/sales marketer in a digital media environment, client-side and/or agency-side experience
  • Gaming/Entertainment and mobile experience preferred
  • Have a passion for storytelling and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Preference for a fast-paced dynamic environment; track record working across complex cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to present in group environments
  • Analytical thinker with an ability to distill research data into actionable insights
  • Possess a keen eye for design and the ability to collaborate well with the design team
  • Outstanding teamwork, interpersonal skills and positive attitude a must.
  • BA/BS Degree, MBA a plus
