This position will support the Vice President of Sponsorship Marketing in the strategic management and execution of M&T Bank’s premier sponsorship portfolio, including the Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, and Dover International Speedway.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the activation of M&T Bank’s premier sponsorship portfolio including the Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, and Dover International Speedway, as well as regional sponsorships.
Work with partners across all lines of business to ensure sponsored assets are effectively leveraged to meet business objectives; this includes incorporating sponsored assets into advertising, collaborating with business partners to develop unique product offers and executing world class event experiences.
Responsible for leveraging best practices across the regional sponsorship portfolio to ensure world class execution, strong ROI and return on objective.
Evaluate campaigns for effectiveness in meeting business objectives
Develop and manage campaign budgets.
Manage all aspects of the development and execution of each marketing and or communication campaign project from conceptualization through execution and implementation.
Analyze results of marketing campaigns and develop recommendations based upon campaign results.
May manage marketing project teams, ensuring marketing and communication programs adhere to schedule and meet business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, or in lieu of a degree a minimum of 4 years work experience
Minimum of five years’ experience in managing marketing campaigns in a client or agency environment
Excellent written, verbal and negotiation communication skills
Ideal Qualifications:
