Assist in developing and maintaining sales materials/pitches/tools for worldwide sales partnership team.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales team in creative pitches
  • Work/brainstorm with sales team on Marvel spend proposals
  • Develop and track pitch materials and new promotional pitch strategies for Marvel Studios properties, including: Program decks, Theatrical presentation decks, Partnership examples deck, One sheets, Guidelines
  • Obtain relevant demographic/psychographic/media spend information from Tangible Media to aid in pitch materials and deal structuring
  • Provide relevant research and information for various aspects of Marvel business, including Publishing, Digital, Television, Theatrical, Games, and Live Events to utilize in misc sales tools
  • Liaise with other Marvel business units to structure fully integrated custom/ad programs for partners
  • Work with Studio Marketing to develop theatrical talking points, such as summaries, themes, character bios, timelines, etc.
  • Work with Brand team to provide e-blast updates of marketing and sales information to aid in pitching
  • Create, update and maintain content in Promotions SharePoint site, including: Case studies, Sales decks, One sheets, Newsletters, Prize packages
  • Ongoing development of pitch materials for international, including ongoing maintenance of current information on Marvel’s presence in key international territories
  • Maintain and distribute sales materials tracker to international territory leads


    Required Skills

    Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years experience with general understanding the marketing, promotions, publishing and/or licensing business.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to interface with cross-functional teams and senior executives WW are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Keynote, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Experience in SharePoint & SalesForce a plus.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
  • Possession of a strong work ethic and high level of confidentiality.
  • Experience working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of international business and cultures preferred.


    Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Majors in business, marketing, design, communications and/or advertising preferred.
