The Brand Marketing Specialist will assist in the management and coordination of all major brand initiatives, partnerships and sponsorships across all LIDS Sports Group channels. Additionally, this position will assist in the development and implementation of the marketing plans for the LIDS Clubhouse and LIDS Team Sports divisions.
CORE DUTIES
Collaborate with Brand Marketing Manager to develop and execute all major overarching and brand campaigns
Plan and execute marketing initiatives for all major partnerships and sponsorships
Work with Creative Services to develop and approve concepts all marketing executions.
Work closely with the internal departments (Marketing, Merchandising, Creative Services, Ecommerce, and Photography) to execute all marketing plan and promotional strategies.
Gather and review post-promotion information and analyze performance metrics to identify successes/best practices and optimization opportunities
Work with clients and the on-site LIDS Property Managers to develop and execute marketing plans for each LIDS Clubhouse property.
Develop and execute a marketing strategy for Lids Team Sports
Provide guidance and direction to the Creative Services team on all banners needed for the client websites, e-mails and other marketing initiatives.
Work with vendors and other business partners to develop and implement cooperative marketing programs
Assist with the social media marketing efforts for all major sponsorships, LIDS Clubhouse properties and Lids Teams Sports
Manage LIDS Team Sports Internship program
Provide backup support to Interactive Marketing Specialist
Complete internal forms to assist in the execution of event promotions including requests for promotional coupons, creating purchase orders and any other company and/or department forms
GENERAL DUTIES
Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Ability to work varying days and hours, based on business needs.
Ability to maintain an excellent attendance record.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND/OR REQUIREMENTS
Four-year degree in marketing or related business and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate program performance and results.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear, audible and grammatically correct manner.
Demonstrated ability to perform independently with periodic supervision.
Ability to analyze marketplace trends and suggest changes to meet our exceed business needs.
Ability and willingness to travel overnight for training and/or business meetings.
