The Event Sponsorships Manager will report to the Head of Brand Partnerships and will be responsible for securing sponsorships for ipsy’s slate of events and managing sponsorship integrations during events.
Work collaboratively with Brand Partnerships and Events teams to craft sponsorship opportunities for ipsy's events, including Generation Beauty (http://www.genbeauty.com). Opportunities include brand booths & activations, branded integrations, media and content partnerships, and in-kind sponsorships (e.g. airlines, food & beverage), among others.
Collaborate with Brand Partnerships Managers to develop ideal slate of beauty sponsors for each event and serve as primary source of contact to manage process to secure event sponsorship with active ipsy brand partners.
Conduct outreach, build relationships and secure sponsorships with all non-active ipsy brand partners.
Create sales and education materials for all events.
Partner with events and legal teams to negotiate key agreement terms.
Meet sponsorship goals (number/type of sponsors and revenue) for each event. Consistently update team members on sponsorship wins & misses and performance to goal.
Serve as primary point of contact to help manage sponsors through all aspects of event sponsorship execution including physical build out, in-event activation and digital/social media support.
Liaise with Events and Brand Partnerships teams to ensure seamless event coordination and communication.
Deliver event recap to sponsors after each event. Implement surveys and solicit feedback. Share key learnings and recommendations for improvements in future events.

3 + years of experience in event sponsorship sales required.
Tenacious, goal-oriented, loves to close deals.
Obsessive about client service and convinced that details matter.
Highly organized with strong project management skills (a lover of lists and timelines).
Creative marketing mind with understanding of brands, consumers and social media to help drive event activations.
Must be calm & collected under pressure.
Demonstrated interest in beauty or fashion.
