Zepp is looking for a Partnerships Manager to join their team. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of partnerships accounts including cultivating exceptional relationships with athletes and partners, implementing & activating all contract deliverables, maximizing assets and reporting on results. This individual will also work cross functionally to manage on-going projects and working with various channels, both internal and external. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, is highly attentive to detail & possesses excellent project management skills.


Primary Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for day-to-day management of various sports & non-sports partners with the end goal of driving business initiatives for Zepp
  • Grow, foster and maintain excellent relationships with partners
  • Manage the creative request process on multiple, concurrent projects
  • Organize, activate & maximize contractual deliverables– including but not limited to IP rights, digital, email, social, in-venue, offline media, promotions, hospitality events and other deliverables
  • Navigate cross functionally to effectively schedule, create, implement and track assets
  • Collaborate internally and externally to best prioritize and optimize programs


    Required Skills

  • University degree with 4+ years of relevant working experience
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing the creative development process from concept through to implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player committed to delivering results in a fast paced environment
  • MS Excel, Keynote and PowerPoint Power User; HTML knowledge a plus
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Passion for sports and entertainment
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time; including weekends
