The Director of Partner Marketing is a versatile sales and partnership Marketing Executive with proven ability to add value in large complex business and corporate environments. This role is responsible for all worldwide sponsor sales, global partnerships, licensing development and partner strategy on behalf of Burton. The Director of Partner Marketing must build and manage a new stream of International and Domestic partnership revenue, while also maintaining and servicing an existing portfolio of global corporate partners. The successful candidate must have a strong foundation in both international and domestic marketing, sales, service, relationship and project management, as well as strategic analysis.
Spearhead and create annual strategic global partnership plan for Burton, working in conjunction with Marketing, Finance and Senior Team on key initiatives and opportunities.
Grow Burton’s International and Domestic partnership programs, maximizing new sales and marketing ROI and achieving annual double-digit partnership revenue growth.
Execute and maintain all existing Domestic and International corporate partnerships, servicing and supporting partners according to contractual deliverables.
Procure strategic Product Licensing relationships that align with key product categories and create authentic product extension opportunities.
Contribute to the Burton global events platform through strategic involvement with all key elements of event creation, production and execution aligned with partner opportunities.
Lead and manage the annual partnership/sponsor budget development process, including the establishment of both revenue and spending targets, in line with company objectives.
Collaborate with key internal Marketing, Sales and Finance peers to ensure viable execution of all partnership deal points.
Oversee internal and external partnership marketing support personnel.
