We are building a team of experienced, passionate, and creative brand marketers to reposition Intel as a leader in technological innovation beyond chips and PCs by evolving master brand meaning, equities, and perceptions; driving brand engagement; and shaping the global strategies and programs that will reinvent Intel and introduce new generations to the brand.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, creative, and results-oriented project manager to oversee and execute brand experiences that may span events, partnerships, and sponsorships. These experiences need to be on brand, additive to the strategy and deliver amazing technology enabled experiences across all platforms.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage select brand partnership programs (i.e. 49ers, SB50HC) designed to deliver amazing consumer technology experiences to build Intel brand relevance and affinity
Develop an activation strategy for projects that seeks to deliver on the brand promise around amazing experiences and oversee the successful plan execution
Insure the brand experience project plan aligns with the broader brand campaign and is fully integrated across marketing channels to maximize amplification
Lead critical strategic elements of the project plan such as internal ratification and management review, writing campaign briefs, and overseeing event and creative production elements
Own the overall project milestones and deliverables, define success metrics and track against for effectiveness, manage budget, and publish key learnings to continually optimize activations
Partner closely with internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional, global core teams (i.e. Geos, Agency Inside, End User Product Group, Centers of Excellence, Business Units, Media, Finance, etc.) for flawless execution
Develop and manage agency relationships for the creation of big ideas around amazing experiences and execution of consumer programs
Build partner relationships to maximize Intel value from partnerships and sponsorships
Partner and event management experience including a proven track record working with customers and partners driving big idea campaigns and programs.
Proven success in developing and managing integrated campaigns that deliver meaningful results
Excellent communication (written/verbal) skills including experience creating and delivering influential presentations to management or external partners
Ability to navigate a large corporate environment and collaborate to increase capabilities to grow our business and influence our partners.
Ability to develop experience strategies that are creative and innovative in working with our internal business units, customers and partners.
Agility to work in highly dynamic environment, adapt quickly and be effective in new situations, and take calculated risks
Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently and problem solve
Minimum 10+ years brand and campaign marketing experience. Sports and/or entertainment marketing experience a plus.
BA degree in Business or related field with MBA preferred and/or equivalent experience.
