The position of Coordinator, Partnership Activation is responsible for providing creative, production, and systems assistance to the Partnership Activation team (specifically to the Director, Partnership Activation). At its core, the job requires attention to details in implementing production elements for $400MM+ in ad sales revenue. The Coordinator will assist the Director in innovating new creative concepts for HTS Sponsors, aid in production of necessary elements and insure proper implementation through the use of existing systems and auditing tools. This position will be responsible for the gathering of required production assets, delivery to and communication with various production resources specific to sponsor integrations, sales recaps and client case studies. Additionally, this position will help maintain, operate and assist in training required HTS personnel on the use of HTS record systems and processes.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor, track, and audit sponsor elements and executions for client fulfillment, through the use of DirecTV, Media Proxy and EyeTV record systems
  • Administrative management and update of all Partnership Activation grids that include, Teams, Distribution and RSN Sponsor Activation Grids and insure timely and correct delivery to Director and Manager, Partnership Activation
  • Assist in producing and distributing sponsor features, client recaps and case studies to the HTS Sales team and clients, through the use of production tools and software.
  • Manage all internal and external resource requests for digital, DVD, animation delivery and custom spots
  • Maintain and perform all administrative functions relating to the Partnership Activation department
  • Coordinate delivery of production assets to third party vendors and manage production timelines and insure delivery of final product to the Director and Manager, Partnership Activation
  • Assists in training of production systems for the sales staff and management
  • Handles estimates and invoices for internal and outside vendors


    Required Skills

  • BA college degree Basic understanding of collegiate and professional sports a plus
  • Strong communication skills as well as knowledge of the importance of client relationships
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Suite required.
  • Proficiency with a MAC and compatible software a must
