The main roles of the position are to develop and manage third party business driving partnerships & plans, as well as, to take the lead in developing integrated marketing plans for Company events & shows and managing execution of the tactical marketing efforts


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Identify, evaluate and develop potential B2B opportunities with companies that complement our business offering such as (not limited to) production/location industry, entertainment venues, outdoor sports, major college alumni football season ticket holders, etc.
  • Manage activation of third party partnership and sponsorship agreements to ensure all assets are activated in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Take the lead in developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans for partnerships, Company events & shows.
  • Work with Email & Customer Insight Manager to develop measurement metrics in the upfront planning process and to provide post event/show/partnership analysis/metrics.
  • Generate creative briefs for promotional/event messaging.
  • Oversee various testing and rollout efforts.
  • Take the lead and work closely with Event, Sales, Service & Marketing teams to develop integrated tactical marketing plans, creative concepts and measurement plan approvals prior to presentation to Marketing Directors for approval .
  • Ensure event/show/partnership marketing deliverables are implemented on-time and with accuracy.
  • Attend all required company meetings.
  • Additional responsibilities as requested or required.


    Required Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. (Experience with WorkZone software a plus.)
  • Two years’ work experience in a similar role.
  • Must be a creative problem solver, be self-motivated to lead and manage the responsibilities of the role and possess a high degree of accountability.
  • High levels of collaboration, organization and efficiency are required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively within the department and across the Company..
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.


    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Availability on occasion to work in excess of 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays, with little to no advance notice, whenever a specific marketing deadline or event requires such work.
  • Flexibility to cover changing work schedules as needed.
  • Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, push, and pull
  • Must be able to stand / walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work on a computer for several hours at a time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
