The main roles of the position are to develop and manage third party business driving partnerships & plans, as well as, to take the lead in developing integrated marketing plans for Company events & shows and managing execution of the tactical marketing efforts
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Identify, evaluate and develop potential B2B opportunities with companies that complement our business offering such as (not limited to) production/location industry, entertainment venues, outdoor sports, major college alumni football season ticket holders, etc.
Manage activation of third party partnership and sponsorship agreements to ensure all assets are activated in a timely, efficient manner.
Take the lead in developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans for partnerships, Company events & shows.
Work with Email & Customer Insight Manager to develop measurement metrics in the upfront planning process and to provide post event/show/partnership analysis/metrics.
Generate creative briefs for promotional/event messaging.
Oversee various testing and rollout efforts.
Take the lead and work closely with Event, Sales, Service & Marketing teams to develop integrated tactical marketing plans, creative concepts and measurement plan approvals prior to presentation to Marketing Directors for approval .
Ensure event/show/partnership marketing deliverables are implemented on-time and with accuracy.
Attend all required company meetings.
Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. (Experience with WorkZone software a plus.)
Two years’ work experience in a similar role.
Must be a creative problem solver, be self-motivated to lead and manage the responsibilities of the role and possess a high degree of accountability.
High levels of collaboration, organization and efficiency are required.
Must be able to communicate effectively within the department and across the Company..
Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Availability on occasion to work in excess of 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays, with little to no advance notice, whenever a specific marketing deadline or event requires such work.
Flexibility to cover changing work schedules as needed.
Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, push, and pull
Must be able to stand / walk for extended periods of time
Ability to work on a computer for several hours at a time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
