We are aggressively expanding our Clubhouse presence, currently in 5 locations with several more planned in 2016. This role is responsible for all experiential marketing activities, focusing on capitalizing on the opportunities our Clubhouse footprint affords.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an experiential marketing strategy, focused on our Clubhouse markets
Build an approach with the objectives of both awareness and revenue for the Clubhouse experience
Manage the end to end process, from objective setting and planning, through operationalizing the plan and executing in each market, to effective measurement of results
Manage our partnership program for all marketing activities, to support multiple marketing objectives including brand, customer acquisition and loyalty
Manage a small team based both in Chicago and local markets to execute locally
Develop a plan for leveraging the Clubhouse retail space as a marketing asset
Partner closely with our loyalty team to create experiences that drive loyalty from our members
Reports to: VP Marketing
What your background might look like:
5-8 years in experiential marketing for a leading luxury, consumer facing brand
A demonstrated ability to understand a brand strategy and use it to drive and position an experiential marketing approach
Proven team management skills
Strong and established network of partner contacts
Proven ability to run large scale marketing events
Proven experience working alongside a large, direct sales organization
Ability to transition seamlessly from strategy and ideation to detailed and thorough execution
