The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of field and trade events as well as sponsorships that focus on increasing Chobani's brand awareness. This individual will align initiatives with company objectives and performance goals, while collaborating with the greater Brand Communications team to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
Develop overall strategy and calendar for field and trade events based on satisfying targeted business needs and objectives
Guide agency relationship through internal expectations, strategies, execution, measurement, and continual growth to support Chobani's success pillars
Manage overall budgets to maximize impact and return on investment within scope of financial commitments, including developing individual program scopes and tracking financial progress while identifying cost-savings opportunities
Evaluate and prioritize future opportunities, including brand ambassador and college program, program expansion, sponsorships, and tours, as they support the growth and relationship building of Chobani
Develop standards of measurement to best determine overall effectiveness, return on investments and target performance goals
Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
Communicate company values, always representing Chobani onsite
Perform other duties as necessary
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 7+ years relevant work experience
Demonstrated ability to act strategically
Strong time management and organizational skills
Motivated self-starter with positive attitude and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Expert knowledge of and passion for Chobani brand
Must demonstrate ability to think independently and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Willingness to travel up to 50%
