The Sr. Manager, Strategic Partnerships is a key member of the Strategic Partnerships team within the Brand Marketing department. This role will be responsible for creating relationships and programs with brands that put Pandora in new categories and conversations and enhance our brand equity with specific audiences. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Partnerships within the Brand Marketing organization, this person will execute brand partnership projects from initial evaluation through completion, maintaining senior level marketing finesse and client management throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will be part strategic and part tactical, bringing a combination of brand marketing expertise, program management, and cross-department leadership and collaboration.


  • Identify partners and create innovative campaigns based on Brand Marketing KPIs and company goals and initiatives
  • Evaluate incoming partnership requests
  • Lead end-to-end program management:
  • Act as external partner contact, leading management and communication
  • Drive program internally with brand marketing, design, agency partners, social, events, business development, artist relationships, product, corporate strategy, and other teams
  • Ensure timely, organized execution
  • Coordinate materials between client and internal teams
  • Represent Pandora brand marketing interests and standards
  • Define and report on progress and success of partnership
  • Be a Pandora brand evangelist with a mastery of our company, audiences, programs, and events
  • Negotiate and craft partnership details and contracts
  • Present program ideas externally and internally to senior leadership

    Required Skills

  • 8+ years experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or related discipline
  • Passionate marketer with demonstrated success in executing complex programs that drive new ways of engaging with a brand through marketing and media
  • Millennial marketing experience is a big plus
  • Able to take team and company goals and translate them into partnership and program ideas
  • Experience leading meetings and presenting to senior executives
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate and lead across multiple teams and functions
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Proactive, tenacious, and curious
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others
  • Self-motivated individual who takes ownership
  • Positive, team-minded attitude
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
