The manager, sponsorships and partnerships, is responsible for the planning, management and execution of company sponsorship and partnership programs to meet the company’s marketing objectives. This role will innovate new and exciting ways to maximize the sponsorship and partnership programs.


  • Lead the concept development and implementation of the company’s sponsorship and partnership programs, ensuring the activities are in alignment with business objectives and the overall marketing strategy.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with celebrity chefs and other corporate partners and sponsors.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and merchandising to ensure that sponsorship and partnership programs are maximized to their full potential and come to fruition timely and effectively; identify opportunities for improvement in the sponsorship and partnership programs.
  • Plan and oversee events involving celebrity chef partners, including special appearances and book signings; coordinate event details with celebrity chef staff.
  • Manage the culinary calendar, including but not limited to seasonality of ingredients, product procurement and recipe development; ensure pricing of items used in recipes meets budgetary guidelines.
  • Organize and approve commercial shoots and other sponsorship and partnership photography and videography sessions; work with the broader marketing team to ensure effective delivery across various marketing channels.
  • Research and identify food trends and regional trends to enhance and launch innovative sponsorship and partnership programs.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications


    Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, merchandising, public relations or related field and five (5) years of experience in marketing or food industry; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
  • Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.


    Preferred

  • Prior culinary and/or food service experience.
  • Experience with event management.
  • Knowledge of specialty food, such as kosher, gluten-free; etc.
