We are looking for a passionate experiential marketing manager that will join our Business Marketing Org & collaborate with both Brand and Revenue teams to execute all creative for trade activations. You will be responsible for building creative strategies that will align with the overall business goals to showcase Spotify solutions for business and marketing partners. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.
What you’ll do
Own the physical manifestation of the Spotify brand in all marketing and trade activations
Have a creative point of view on all projects, while providing insights to great design, innovations, fresh concepts, and interesting production partners
Manage the production of all creative elements for activation.
Work with a variety of internal stakeholders to transition the concept to reality.
Develop and manage creative timelines, while managing creative traffic between departments
Work with the creative team to provide feedback and ideas to improve and elevate the ideas.
Set and oversee process for creative workflow.
Deliver creative elements on time and within budget.
Oversee creative trafficker
Continually help develop list of potential creative partners and collaborators.
Work from our office in (NYC or LA)
You know how to build brand experiences
You are experienced with 2+ years of event production (or comparable) experience
You have a deep understanding of translating brand needs into experiential activations
You care about bringing things to life with a visual point of view
You have example of creative or project management work that you can tell us about
