The Brand Partnership Specialist will help facilitate brand marketing partnerships and initiatives that bring Etsy to life, generate awareness, build loyalty, and attract new buyers and sellers.


Etsy is seeking a Brand Partnership Specialist who is organized, efficient and creatively-minded to help execute and facilitate coordination of marketing campaigns and partnerships. You thrive in a collaborative environment and effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners. This full-time position is based in Brooklyn, New York and reports to the Sr. Brand Partnerships Manager.

About the Job


You’ll assist in the timely and impactful execution of marketing partnerships and campaigns that align with the overall marketing and business strategy. These campaigns include social and editorial influencer partnerships, online and offline marketing initiatives, paid media content series and in-kind partnerships.


Responsibilities

  • Support the Sr. Brand Partnerships Manager with the implementation of the global marketing strategy, by assisting in tasks related to partnerships and sponsorships
  • Assist in the ideation and research of developing unique, creative campaigns and partnerships to drive brand awareness and consideration
  • Develop strong and collaborative working relationships with key people responsible for execution (internally and externally), acquire all pertinent creative materials and obtain proper approvals
  • Take ownership of the development of an efficient tracking system to help coordinate product sample fulfillment for multiple partnership requests
  • Assist in the development of general and specific partnership/sponsorship pitch presentations to align with the overarching global marketing strategy
  • Serve as a brand advocate in communicating internally and externally to current and potential partners and teams
  • Maintain and manage the implementation schedules and partnership yearly marketing calendar
  • Monitor the implementation of marketing tactics by all partners and track the success of the campaigns by using measurable tools
  • Submit briefs for various creative assets that are required for the execution of the partnership for both online and offline initiatives
  • Assist in the facilitation of sweeps and contest initiatives
  • Manage the partnership support email, analyzing and vetting incoming opportunities


    Required Skills

  • 3-5 years marketing experience, eCommerce experience is preferred not required
  • 1-2 years project management and/or partnerships experience
  • You are energetic and collaborative with superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You are a self- starter, proactive and excited about making ongoing process improvements and pitching new ideas
  • You are exceptionally organized and have the ability to priority-set and implement multiple projects with superior follow through
  • You are perceptive of the environment around you, striking the balance between efficiency, consistency and managing change
  • You are results driven with experience analyzing the success of marketing initiatives
  • You are passionate about the Etsy marketplace and partnership marketing
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office including Powerpoint, Word, Excel and/or corresponding -Google Docs tools
