The Marketing Manager, Partnerships role is responsible for fully developing and executing effective marketing strategies to meet company objectives. This person will leverage consumer insights, market conditions, and competitor data to inform partner marketing plans.

Description


Leads development of partner marketing plans and briefs in order to align senior leadership and sell in ideas. Leads execution of events to light up the brand and/or product to further brand storytelling and product marketing initiatives. Tracks, analyzes, and presents customer and business metrics to marketing leadership with thorough insights on impact to company and clear recommendations on how to move forward.

  • Oversee brand integration in global partner communications and activations
  • Conceptualize and develop effective marketing strategies, including partner marketing plans and briefs, and campaign summary wrap-ups
  • Lead creative process for partner marketing campaigns; deliver critical analysis based on consumer insights and campaign objectives; present recommendations to senior leadership
  • Lead market research and make recommendations for potential strategic partner opportunities for product lines and promotions
  • Execute all initiatives through direct reports and close management of outside agency partners


    Required Skills

    Key Qualifications

  • World class marketing campaign experience; 5+ years of agency/marketing background
  • Understanding of partnership deals and terms
  • Experience in project managing across marketing campaigns and programs
  • Demonstrates technical marketing skills and high-levels of company & partner product knowledge.
  • Experience in identifying trends, and passionate about lifestyle marketing and youth culture
  • Highly adaptive and proactive problem solver
  • Organizes workload to meet project timelines and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must demonstrate thought leadership


    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject, MBA preferred
