The Brand Experience Manager is responsible for crafting brand experiences that consistently articulate the sweetgreen mission, foster intimate connections with our customers and employees and position sweetgreen as a differentiated impact brand.
The Brand Experience Manager has the following core responsibilities:
Be our eyes and ears: recommend events, experiences and artists that align with our mission, and connect with our community-at-large. Passionately create opportunities and activate on those ideas.
Develop and execute best-in-class strategies for large scale, national brand experiences, including but not limited to new market launches, sweetlife festival and campaign driven-events. Produce turnkey experiences that can be scaled and utilized across a variety of locations or demographics.
Manage experience production budget, ensuring an effective allocation of spend among brand, traffic-driving, and creative services-based expenses; provide forecasting and ROI analysis on all program spending; oversee external production partners, event vendors and talent.
Bridge the gap between online + offline by effectively communicating and marketing our experiences via content and social media to our customers.
Understand and optimize the sweetgreen customer journey across key events and experience programs. Translate customer insights and feedback into actionable improvements; connect on and offline marketing initiatives to ensure a consistent “look of success” and message regardless of outlet or vehicle.
Be a champion for the sweetgreen culture; develop and produce experiences that showcase our connection to music, impact and thought leadership.
Build programs to help drive employment brand and communicate our company culture: develop our internal education program and initiatives focused on healthy living, passion and purpose, to help drive recruitment and employee retention.
