The Enterprise Events Manager will be responsible for the management of the Enterprise Sales and Marketing event presence, which will include planning of both internal and external events. The Manager will maintain the scheduling, budgeting, staffing and logistics for each of these events as well as working with third party vendors/agencies to execute the events. The incumbent will also be responsible for internal and external pre-event marketing campaigns and post-event lead nurture campaigns. The Manager will measure and quantify the results, and scale the specific proven elements behind each event to drive the profitability and growth of the company.


The Day to Day

  • Responsible for planning a full schedule of internal and external events across the country to support enterprise sales and marketing.
  • Execution of pre-event logistics including securing venues, audio/video, catering, event vendors, booth space, sponsorships and guest speakers as needed within the allotted budget.
  • Oversight of creation and delivery of collateral, training materials, presentations, and premium items for the events as needed.
  • Negotiating event sponsorships and contracts with 3rd party vendors,
  • Oversight of creation of campaigns and invitations to recruit prospects and partners to the events.
  • Collaborating with Marketing Operations, Inside Sales Reps and on site sales representation for successful pre and post-show lead capture and management.
  • Measure Marketing ROI/Analytics of all event activities and optimizing for future events.
  • Interface with partners and work jointly with Product, Partner Account Managers, Creative team, Director of Partner Accounts, and the Director of Partner Sales to maximize and execute event initiatives.
  • Manage all aspects of production, receipt and distribution of event deliverables.
  • Engage senior management and key stakeholders on status, issues and identified opportunities.


    Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5 years Event Marketing experience required; both Corporate and Tradeshow events experience preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in consumer or product marketing, planning and product profitability management required
  • Sales experience strongly preferred
  • Creative agency management experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel to events and meetings as needed
