The Senior Event Marketing Strategist is responsible guiding the worldwide event portfolio to create innovative strategic communications solutions for event experiential and integrated marketing programs on a global basis. The Senior Event Marketing Strategist plays a leading role in Technicolor’s event experience marketing program by supporting brand and creative strategy, formulating unique strategic solutions and developing intelligence, guidance, storytelling, messaging and design deliverables in line with program objectives, across all physical and digital media assets, tools and content-creation services. This positions will be expected to form a global event community with the employees and contractors across the business who manage/execute internal and external events as well as manage our event agency relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Create a consolidated event portfolio with targets, consistent messaging and brand identity that map to our overarching marketing strategy
  • Manage the event performance metrics program - define metrics for success and ROI Digital integration and enablement around event engagement (multi-channel planning)
  • Create a program to obtain client insights from event attendees as well as internal clients
  • Act as a cohesive agency partner to provide strategy and implementation for events
  • Track client event attendance and provide next best action determination
  • Provide individual event recaps and overviews (must have strong Powerpoint skills)

  • ​Ability to lead and supervise others while performing and delivering dedicated tasks simultaneously – all under tight deadlines
  • Experience creating guidance and deliverables for integrated marketing and corporate events
  • Proficient in strategic and conceptual communications - with depth, clarity, and simplicity of language
  • Ability to communicate and explain ideas and concepts across deliverables - both digital and traditional
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills
  • Demonstrated strategic competencies: accountability for results, client focus, team effectiveness, developing others, ingenuity, organizational sophistication and communicating ideas​
