Casper is looking for a creative marketer that brings strategic, innovative, and brand-aligned experiences to life. This full-time position is based in New York City and reports to the Director of Experiential Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Build experiences where Casper consumers can connect and celebrate a life well slept
Develop and execute turnkey brand activations that can be scaled and utilized globally
Pick up where Casper’s digital conversations leave off; Give consumers physical access to the brand to create user generated content and brand promotion
Organize and manage event calendars and project management tools
Manage experience production budget, provide forecasting and ROI analysis on all program spending
Oversee external production partners, event vendors and talent
Negotiate high-impact sponsorship opportunities at marquee events in North America
Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform and inspire the development of new event experiences and activations
Work closely with data team to develop new methods for tracking experiential marketing campaigns
3+ years of experiential marketing experience (agency or client side)
Motivated by problem solving and troubleshooting
Interest in existing and emerging trends in fashion, music, media/entertainment, arts, and pop culture
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests
Organized (really, really organized)
A lover of details… There are a ton of them and each one can make or break a consumer experience
Must be collaborative and possess a knack for leading cross-functional teams
Note: Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
