Peloton is looking for a passionate and talented Brand Activation and Events Manager to execute attendance, sponsorships and engagement activities at conferences, festivals, and other special events. Reporting to the VP, Brand Strategy/Integrated Marketing, you will be responsible for creating awareness, building relationships, and enhancing our brand presence across the country. You’ll be a community and brand ambassador for Peloton, and will be deeply responsible for how our brand is presented and that representation is executed across all sectors of our company.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Partner with our VP Brand Strategy/Integrated Marketing to build a diverse calendar of events that support our strategic agenda for our consumers (e.g. wellness events, South X Southwest), company (e.g. business conferences, talks at our headquarters), and technology (e.g tech conferences and software expos)
Partner with store teams to develop and execute traffic-driving programs for our sales and marketing showrooms
Liaise with organizers to create an engaging presence both online and onsite
Partner with Creative team to develop all marketing collateral signage, engagement activities, and swag giveaways
Evaluate ROI and use lessons learned to improve future events
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working in brand activation and/or events management
Self-motivation and the ability to juggle an array of tasks
Superior project management skills
Passion for fitness
Ability to work with vendors, negotiate packages, and review contracts
A flexible schedule that allows frequent travel and weekend work
