In this role, you will be responsible for strategic development, program execution and brand connections integration for our Experiential Field Marketing team.
Provide leadership and act as day to day contact for our brand teams to set strategy on how to maximize field marketing and events and integrate into marketing communications strategies
Build strong working relationships with the Experiential team to understand day-to-day challenges, nuances and opportunities
Identify new and emerging capabilities for the Experiential Marketing team to execute and deliver on brand strategies and objectives
Manage consistent field reporting, brand recaps and all necessary internally facing needs
Bachelor’s degree required
2 to 4 years of work experience
Leadership to evolve business model to meet changing dynamics in the OU Space, our Natural and Organic brands, and key customer strategies
Ability to translate insights into powerful experiential marketing platforms
Understanding of key business drivers and ability to translate high level strategy into differential activation
