The Marketing Asset Manager II – Sports will have direct accountability for managing some of our major sports properties. They will create marketing plans, conduct marketing meetings, run promo analysis, cultivate property relationships, build brand plans that remove purchase barriers, and execute promotions. They will manage the entire relationship between CCBCC and the property. This role would call mostly on Major League baseball, NBA and other pro sports teams in CCBCC's market.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Create marketing plans for the property that recruit, motivate incidence, build brand love and increase transactions
Analyze promotions and marketing programs
Cultivate business relationships with key stakeholders for marketing asset
Manage and Execute marketing promotions tied to retail, in venue and within the community tied to the asset
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Sponsorships
5-7 years’ experience in marketing that has some tie or affiliation with a marketing sponsorship property (Motorsports, NBA, Olympics, Major Colleges, PGA etc. is preferred
Experience with creating promotions that were executed in venue and/or in general market
Experience with managing and executing a promotional process (creative process, approvals, logistics, procurement etc.)
Bachelor’s degree required
Valid Driver’s License required
