The Manager, Sports Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing activities in around the entire global Herbalife sports sponsorship and sports products portfolio. This position will support the creation and execution of the Sports Marketing strategy and roll-out of all marketing activities surrounding these partnerships and products. Primary focus will be on digital content creation and deployment. In addition, the Manager, Sports Marketing will work with the cross-functional sports organizations and various corporate and regional departments to ensure execution of all marketing goals and objectives as set by upper management.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Ensure execution of corporate partnership marketing strategy.
Identify and create key stories and messaging to convey the authenticity of the partnerships
Create content for Members world-wide to utilize in their sales strategy.
Support interaction with Members and customers to create excitement about the brand and use customer feedback to ensure sports marketing platform meets market needs
Understand the company's Members and consumers through both primary and secondary research as well as personal interaction at key events and meetings.
Provide out of the box, fresh thinking for digital content creation and marketing campaigns
Support the maintenance and continued development of sports web properties at the world wide and regional level
Interface with cross-functional teams to distribute sports marketing material and content
Support the overall evolution of Herbalife’s sports brand
Support sports product launch campaigns
Interact with senior management and professionals at all levels throughout the organization.

Experience:
7 years of sports marketing experience, preferably in a Consumer Packaged Goods environment
Strong global new product marketing experience
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree

Ability to demonstrate political savvy through the development of alliances/strong working relationships with various departments
Demonstrated success as an influencer in a CPG or Multi-Level Marketing organization
Understanding and experience working in the direct sales industry
