o Provide suggestions on how to align efforts
o Execute recommendations once approved

RFP Tasks
1) What clients have you worked with in the past? Please highlight clients in Sports, Entertainment, TV.
2) What experience do you have working globally in the markets identified above? Where do you have local offices?
3) Please provide 2-3 case studies that you feel would be most relevant to WWE given our brand and above objectives
4) Please review our current WWE International websites and social pages. What are we doing well and where can we do better? What are the best opportunities to increase KPI’s per our objectives?
5) Please show us how you would incorporate the key agency responsibilities listed above to drive our objectives surrounding the following WWE global initiatives:

Please provide a company overview that outlines your key competencies and approach to integrated sponsorship sales. Please include an overview on what sets you apart from other agencies. Demonstrated experience in the global market is necessary.

Please list the experience and role of staff members who will work on this account. Please include titles, roles, responsibilities, and office location.
Please provide any appropriate information on who would have the roles to the following duties:
Budget proposal:
Please provide billing and expense practices, including a rate card that outlines what is/isn’t billable of the services that we require in this document.
Work methodology:
Please define what your company views as a service and how you execute upon service. One year from now, what would be the best measure of success for our relationship? Please 3 to 5 specific, obtainable criteria, activities, agreements or indicators that we should evaluate as part of the agreement. Please outline your project communication structure. If your account staff is separate from your project management staff, please detail how these teams work together/with the client. Who will be assigned to our business (please provide names, titles and short biographical notes).
Conflicts:
If you have any clients that may represent a conflict please list them and provide written proof that there will be no confidentiality or legal issues.
Knowledge of brand:
Please provide a candid analysis of the WWE brand across the markets referenced above. This should include usage of the metrics as provided by the WWE above as well as your agency’s own internal measurement of the WWE in relationship to international brand partners. Demonstrate commitment to leveraging WWE’s metrics in positioning the WWE as a premiere global property.
Timing:
Initial written responses should be submitted via email (or link) to WWE by COB 9/30/2016.
Submissions reviewed by WWE 10/1-10/7. Finalists notified by 10/7. Final presentations to Executive WWE staff in Stamford, CT week of 10/17 – 10/21.
