We’re looking for someone with an established record of digital sales experience and revenue generation. You will manage and drive our East Regional Advertising Sales and Sponsorship efforts. We want someone who loves our product, is very comfortable with media opportunities and knows how to sell creative solutions for clients and partners in a high-paced, dynamic startup environment. This role will be based in NYC.


What you’ll do

  • In collaboration with the VP, Brand Partnerships, define sales growth strategy for your regional client targets and drive sales execution
  • Create sales proposals based on local market dynamics, specific client needs and digital media industry business knowledge
  • Develop sales pipeline and close deals to meet and exceed revenue and sales targets
  • Identify client and industry relationships to optimize revenue
  • Drive partnership performance, engage with key partners on a senior level, and deliver world class customer service
  • Analyze, validate and update performance to maximize growth
  • Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners
  • Work from DraftKings New York City office


    Required Skills

  • You have 5+ years of digital advertising sales experience including experience developing and closing revenue in the East region
  • You are highly motivated and entrepreneurial
  • You are energetic and willing to thrive in a high growth organization
  • You have strong East Coast based Agency & Brand relationships
  • You have great problem solving and negotiating skills
  • You effectively position DraftKings ad solutions through creative storytelling
  • You have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and trends around digital, programmatic, video best practices, opportunities, and challenges.
  • You have an understanding and expertise in account planning, strategic planning, and media buying within digital, video & audio environment
  • You have an existing network of senior level contacts in media and marketing
