This contractor position will assist ZTE USA's Sponsorship Marketing team leader in the development, coordination and implementation of marketing plans for the sport marketing and entertainment marketing programs. Moreover, this role will actively contribute to achieving the team's objectives and targets through supporting the administration, development and management of programs and campaigns in various sponsorships.


​Responsibilities:

  • Assist ZTE USA's Sponsorship/Entertainment Marketing team leader in the implementation of marketing plans for sponsorship projects
  • Regularly liaise with outside partner (sports team, entertainment marketing agencies, public relations) and internal teams on day to day issues responsible for managing the sponsorship activity
  • Assist in the execution of corporate sponsorship contracts, arranges and tracks payments
  • Assembles project and event reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations
  • Assist in creating marketing materials which include presentations, company newsletters, event announcements, and associated collateral
  • Organize and attend meetings with outside partners and agencies as required


    Required Skills

  • 1 to 3 years related experience at the professional level required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be very detail oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to juggle a number of tasks at once and consistently to deliver high-quality work to timescale
  • Sound knowledge of marketing principles, knowledge of sports and entertainment industry
  • Time management, fixing priorities, organizing skills, attentiveness, accuracy in performance
  • Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends. Desire to work in the sponsorship and events arena
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and ability of applying it to marketing principles
  • Proficiency in computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, MLI> Powerpoint Ability to travel 20-30%
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
