StubHub is looking to add a collaborative and experienced member to its Partner Services & Activation Team. The Manager, Partnerships will be responsible for day-to-day management of partnership accounts including: cultivating exceptional relationships with partners, implementing & activating all contract deliverables, developing and driving new product strategy, maximizing assets and reporting results. This individual will also work cross functionally to manage on-going projects and work with various channels, both internal and external. This person must be highly attentive to detail & possess excellent project management skills. This role requires a collaborative self-starter who thrives in a fast paced team environment. The Partner Services & Activation team, part of StubHub’s Partnerships & Business Development Department, is tasked with working externally with partners to activate partnerships and maximize our partner relationships within the industry.


Job Requirements:


Opportunities and Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for day-to-day management and deal renewal process for StubHub’s largest sports, music and theater partners with end goals of driving business initiatives
  • Work on deal modeling, external negotiation, and complex contract executions
  • Grow, foster and maintain excellent relationships with industry partners
  • Manage the creative request process on multiple and concurrent projects
  • Organize, activate & maximize contractual deliverables – including but not limited to IP rights, digital, social, in-venue, offline media, promotions, hospitality events, and ticket distribution
  • Navigate cross functionally to effectively schedule, create, implement and track assets
  • Collaborate internally and externally to best prioritize and optimize programs
  • Work with business development to drive strategy and implementation of partner services developed
  • Align with Partner Operations Managers and Business Development to problem solve and ensure both business and technical partner needs are met


    Required Skills

  • University degree with 7+ years of relevant working experience Master’s Degree preferred
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing the creative development process from concept through to implementation
  • Experience with Excel and analytics is required
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and internet based business
  • Experience in the ticketing industry and ticketing products is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Legal contract experience and strong negotiation skills
  • Team player committed to delivering results in a fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Senior-level presentation and communication skills
  • Passion for music, sports and entertainment
  • Collaborative and positive attitude
  • Willing to travel up to 30% of the time; including weekends
