The Account Analyst is an individual contributor to the Experiential Marketing Department, responsible for identifying key insights and strategic initiatives that drive an enhanced consumer experience while elevating and expanding the value proposition. The Account Analyst will report to the Head of Experiential Marketing.
The Account Analyst will analyze on-site activations, and the data results to identify key insights or marketing recommendations to improve and evolve the consumer experience related to all Experiential Marketing activities. In addition, this role will assist fellow department members in defining measurement strategies. They will assist in the review of program recaps, and perform additional analysis to define insights and present recommendations.
The Account Analyst will also serve as a liaison to the internal departments (Business Centers, Brands) responsible for communications and reporting on a regular monthly cadence. This individual also will work closely with FCA partner agencies. Key responsibilities include:
Engage with the Account Managers, Brands, and partner Agencies as needed to create a measurement plan for key Activation Types.
Verify survey design supports measurement objectives
Review recap reports for format, measurement consistency and executive summary insights
Perform additional in-depth analysis and cross-tabulations to identify key recommendations that should be consultative and actionable
Work cross-functionally with the Brand and Marketing Departments on internal reporting initiatives, specifically benchmarking reports, product dimension and measurement definitions, YOY comparisons, tools for data aggregation and analysis
Stay up-to-date with trends in digital and event marketing, including but not limited to consumer engagement strategies and measurement methodologies to generate content and strategies
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Ability to travel throughout the US
5 years of experience in marketing analytics
Understanding of experiential goals and performance tracking
Able to manage a variety of agencies and be accountable for activation execution
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, communication and time management skills
Self-starter with strong project management skills
Advanced user for Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Able to create pivot tables, perform v-lookups, calculate and plot trends
Able to expertly summarize data in charts and graphs, with clear call to actions or insights
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree preferred
Experience in automotive marketing
