The Intel Sports Group is actively seeking a Business Development lead for its Human Performance business. In a continuously evolving space, the Business Development lead will have the opportunity to partner with Sports industry experts to revolutionize the way sports is played and experienced. The successful candidate has demonstrated a solid understanding of athletes, teams, coaches across a myriad of sports. The lead will be able to operate in a leadership role with responsibilities to develop partner relationships and deliver winning proposals.


Responsibilities include:

  • Build and establish partners and revenue growth in human performance analytics.
  • Define the long-term growth and partner strategy to achieve growth and profit objectives.
  • Own partner relationships and present compelling proposals
  • Interface with Intel Finance, Intel Capital as well as the broader Intel Sports Group business team leads.


    Required Skills

  • 10 years of experience in a business development role and 5 years of experience in strategic planning
  • Experience in the sports eco-system
  • Experience working with athletes/teams/coaches to help improve their overall game
  • Ability to create and shape the conversation in new markets
  • Ability to create partnerships, negotiate agreements, and manage business development budget
  • Understanding of the sports technology landscape
  • Excellent oral and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit -- self-starter and independent
  • Desire to win and be part of a broader team


    Preferred Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Business Administration
  • Willingness to travel
