The Manager, Global Partnerships - Entertainment supports the day-to-day management of a portfolio of partnerships related to the Entertainment industry, working closely with the Sr. Manager Global Partnerships -- Entertainment. The Manager, Global Partnerships -- Entertainment partnerships can serve as a day-to-day resource to other disciplines (e.g., Brand Management, Portfolio Marketing, Brand Marketing, etc.) to help ensure that the partnerships are running smoothly and meeting stakeholders’ needs. In his/her capacity, the Manager, Global Partnerships -Entertainment supports a team environment that encourages accountability, high standards, and innovation.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Global Partnerships
Manages the day-to-day activities of entertainment partnerships including working with artist labels and management, supporting concert planning and activation and providing results tracking and reporting.
Builds strong relationships with peers and/or contacts at partner organizations within their segment to ensure a strong working relationship.
Works closely with Brand, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations, Food and Beverage, Digital, PR and Owner & Franchise Services to ensure successful partnership activation.
Supports the management of partnership plans and their effective execution.
Elevates awareness and effectively communicates the benefits and obligations of existing partnership agreements across the business.

Ensures necessary resources to complete any projects on schedule.
Collaborates with internal partners and stakeholders to support business/initiative strategies

Education and Experience Preferred
4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major. MBA or MBA candidate preferred.
3+ years of relevant professional experience in partnerships, marketing or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.
Experience with entertainment industry preferred. Global experience preferred.
