Casper is seeking a creative and strategic marketer to lead its brand partnerships. Through a deep understanding of our brand, the ability to assess and understand other brands, and a strong knowledge of influencer marketing, the ideal candidate will be able to leverage partnerships to grow the business and move the brand forward.


The Director of Brand Partnerships will need to think outside the box to generate the most ROI across marketing. We're looking for a go-getter who doesn't settle for anything less than the top brands and most forward-thinking ideas.


This person will need strong communication skills to get the most out of relationships, deepen existing partnerships, and work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to lead projects from conception through completion.


Responsibilities:

  • Direct brand partnerships, leading relationships across companies, influencers, and publishers
  • Develop strategic partnership plans to support business and brand objectives
  • Work cross-functionally to bring in the right people, across marketing, creative, tech, social, and business development
  • Evaluate all opportunities to determine which are worth pursuing and in what ways
  • Engage influencers and assess influencer agencies
  • Run brainstorms and be ruthless until we get to the best ideas
  • Tailor messaging and positioning based on the partnership/influencer, while still keeping the brand predominate
  • Serve as a brand steward, communicating and representing Casper to all partners


    Required Skills

  • 6+ years managing partnerships
  • Phenomenal written communication skills
  • An effortless ability to identify the right brands and influencers
  • Solid understanding of industry trends + the partnerships and influencer landscape
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and media to develop creative strategies
  • Exemplary interpersonal and relationship management skills
