The Assistant Manager of Brand Partnerships and Experiences will help drive the vision, strategy, and execution for all experiential marketing, sponsorship, and partnership activities for Cadillac.
This person will develop partnership and sponsorship platforms, build and manage relationships with the right brand partners, and work with agency teams to ensure flawless execution of both product and brand building experiential programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage execution of Cadillac drive programs, including V-Performance Academy, V-Performance Lab, and Truth + Dare test drive tour
Manage execution of partnership driven brand-building initiatives across pillars of Art/Design, Entrepreneurship, Fashion and Travel
Manage associated activation budgets and payments, according to GM billing processes and systems (eSAP)
Consult and coordinate with non-US markets to ensure global brand consistency of experiential programming and execution
Support the Manager of Cadillac House – New York (Cadillac’s brand experience center at 330 Hudson) for partner activations and events in the space
Create and manage promotional contracts according to GM policy.
Work closely with internal brand teams to ensure activity is integrated across channels (PR, digital, social)
Support large-scale media properties, branded merchandise and branded entertainment brand building programs, as needed
Bachelor degree in business and/or marketing
Minimum of 5 years of experiential marketing, advertising or PR experience
Strong project management skills
Knowledge and understanding of luxury brand positioning and marketing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Luxury automotive experience preferred
Ability to effectively handle multiple initiatives concurrently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with public speaking and being an external face of the brand
Agile, dynamic, creative thinker and problem solver
High level of organizational skills
