Intel is partnering with leading sports and entertainment organizations such as the ESPN X Games, Red Bull, the NFL, MLB, NBA, La Liga and The Grammys to infuse technology and transform the experience. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, creative, and results-oriented program manager to lead brand experiences for external consumer and business audiences that will drive brand meaning, relevance, and affinity and build the Intel brand for the future.
Role responsibilities:
Manage the development and execution of brand experience marketing campaigns that leverage target audience passion areas sports, music, entertainment and integrate Intel technology in meaningful, unique, and powerful ways to create amazing experiences that are bold, dynamic and visionary
Work collaboratively with agency partners, Agency Inside, geo-marketing teams, technical teams, business units and HQ marketing disciplines to recommend and lead programs with scope and scale
Develop and manage streamlined processes for shaping and reviewing experience marketing campaigns to ensure all programs are on brand and result in significant brand attribution and credit
Lead cross-functional teams to capture and report status of multiple programs at a time
Execute integrated marketing programs with precision and speed
Manage relationships with external partners in the sports and entertainment space in support of brand experience planning and campaigns
Qualifications
Experience working directly with professional sports leagues, teams and networks on behalf of brands to leverage sponsorship platforms and build integrated marketing campaigns
Demonstrated ability to plan and manage complex marketing programs, lead cross-functional teams, and work effectively with team members under tight deadlines to build brand meaning, affinity, and equity
Experience managing and collaborating with sports and entertainment partnerships, including rights negotiations and contract asset management
Exceptional skills in communication written & oral, process, program management and budget management
Ability to analyze and present cases/recommendations to influence management
Excellent change management skills, i.e., comfortable with ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and execute on commitments
Self-starter who is able to identify and solve problems
Flexible and agile: ability to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations a highly dynamic environment
Must have a strong understanding of the ecosystem and landscape of the sports industry
Experience contributing to goals via strategic campaigns for large, complex organizations
