The Partnership Marketing group is responsible for integrating the Comcast and XFINITY brand into the world of pop-culture through partnerships in sports including NASCAR, Olympics, e-Sports, Music and other entertainment properties to increase brand favorability and consideration.


Sr. Manager Partnership Marketing is responsible for strategic development, management and implementation of brand marketing partnerships across multiple disciplines including local sports partnership portfolio, eSports relationships, music and entertainment properties. Will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, consideration and other key metrics across specific demographics. The Sr. Manager Partnership Marketing will play a big role in driving brand results and must ensure the partnership strategy is aligned with company and brand objectives and the overall annual marketing calendar.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Integrate the XFINITY brand into areas of consumer passion that are identified as opportunity segments for the company.
  • Develop annual partnership strategy and activation plans across defined passion segments of sports, eSports, Music, TV and Movie enthusiasts.
  • Manage the strategic direction and budget allocation of the overall partnership portfolio across all passion segments
  • Manage and lead Partnership Advisory Council (PAC), which represents a cross-functional group across divisional, regional, corporate and agency members. PAC is the decision-making body on all regional and entertainment partnerships.
  • Review and provide feedback on all creative designs and messaging related to local sports sponsorships including but not limited to LED boards, in-stadium video boards, concourse signage, print materials, digital, social, premium giveaways, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with day-to-day counterparts across Brand, Acquisition, Customer Engagement and Divisional contacts to ensure all partnership marketing materials are aligned with company objectives and marketing calendars.
  • Lead and manage Sports Marketing Agency for creative development purposes, development of strategic direction, point of view documentation and divisional support.
  • Manage annual corporate expense budget for partnerships.
  • Develop and implement mechanisms for consistent partnership reporting to determining ROI and future improvements. Requires coordination with brand strategy team.

    Required Skills

    Education and Experience:

  • Education Level-Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Field of Study Marketing, advertising, media or related field
  • Years Experience Generally requires 8-11 years related experience


    Other Requirements:

  • Agency Management: Knowledge of methods or techniques used to manage agency relationship and ability to inspire agency performance to deliver world-class creative & strategy to meet business objectives on budget and on deadline.
  • Candidate must excel in a fast-paced environment, possess strong strategic thinking and the ability to lead and motivate agencies, and influence management and peers.
  • Experience working in a large, complex, fast-paced fortune 500 Company is strong preferred.
  • Proven track record in partnership management, and ability to rapidly shift priorities based upon marketplace demand.
