Job Duties:
Oversees the development and execution of brand experience marketing campaigns that leverage target audience passion areas sports, music, entertainment and integrate the Aarons brand in meaningful, unique, and powerful ways
Works collaboratively with agency partners and marketing colleagues to recommend and lead programs with scope and scale
Manages relationships with external partners in the sports and entertainment space in support of brand experience planning and campaigns
Plans field marketing campaigns for stores
Manages team of sports marketing and field marketing professionals
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
8+ years brand, advertising and/or retail marketing, including managing a team
Sales, channel management, consumer insights, or marketing communications experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
