  • The Sponsorship Marketing Manager is responsible for maximizing return on advertising and sponsorship packages thru the development, management and execution of effective multi-channel media packages.
  • The ideal candidate should have previous experience in marketing and media buying and planning, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to drive success. The environment is fast-paced and challenged with multiple stakeholders, priorities and programs; the Manager must be self-motivated with a demonstrated proclivity for adaptability. The
  • Manager must also be able to confidently lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of integrated initiatives.
  • Although the role is heavily focused on the development and revenue growth of the resale division, the candidate will need to maintain close ties with the overall client business in order to have a holistic view of each individual client’s needs.


    What the job is:

  • Support the Account Management and Ticketmaster/Ticketmaster
  • Resale teams by formulating innovative, fan-centric media activation plans that help grow business and optimize ROI
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time and on budget
  • Negotiate and build out solid traditional and digital media plans based on data, optimization and engaging creative that increase awareness and drive traffic online.
  • Deliver specific sales targets related to the orders generated through Ticketmaster and partner assets
  • Forecast, track and measure performance of media plans
  • Develop insights and recommendations that allow the company to secure the right asset, at the right time with the right message
  • Work with in-house design, marketing and legal teams to develop promotional material within adherence to brand specification


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Required Skills


    What a qualified candidate should possess:

  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing or marketing operations; preferably with experience in media buying and planning
  • Experience managing people is a plus
  • Proven track record of growing share through both traditional and media platforms
  • History of delivering results on time and ahead of budget
  • Knowledge and experience with a web analytics platform, such as Omniture
  • Strong competence in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
