The Partnership Marketing group is responsible for integrating the Comcast and XFINITY brand into the world of pop-culture through partnerships in sports including NASCAR, Olympics, e-Sports, Music and other entertainment properties to increase brand favorability and consideration.
Specialist, Olympic and Partnership Marketing will be responsible for contributing to the overall development and activation of the Comcast partnership with the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) and additional Olympic relationships. The Specialist will also support partnership marketing across the entire Partnership Marketing portfolio including NASCAR, eSports, Music and Awards Shows, partnering with other marketing staff on conceptual development of partnerships and initiatives to achieve Partnership Marketing Team goals & objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
Olympics
Maintain a calendar of events across USOC, National Governing Bodies (NGB), Athlete, and Comcast internal events.
Develop relationships internally, across Corporate and Divisional contacts and serve as Olympic SME to facilitate creative approvals internally & externally.
Create & maintain an internal Olympic partnership guidelines document
Organize and maintain a Partnership Portfolio library encompassing the full range of Comcast Partnerships and including contracts, POV documents, activation plans and other materials.
Provide feedback around Marketing Communications, Olympic themed, materials including direct mail, brochures, web content, sales letters, flyers, newsletters, newspaper, radio and TV
Other Partnerships
Create a monthly partnership calendar, aligning with overall brand and company objectives
Coordinate the implementation, usage and reporting of internal ticket/hospitality management system.
Work with internal stakeholders to develop a quarterly reporting dashboard across all partnerships, including Brand KPIs, Social Media, Media, Content Usage, etc.
Serve as the primary liaison for Partnership Marketing group to the Video Business Unit and Product Development teams
Support Sr. Manager of Partnership Marketing in stewarding the execution of non-sports partnership programs: eSports, Music, Award Shows
Ensure partnership marketing rights are being leveraged appropriately via Comcast web properties
Work with outside vendors to ensure all tactics are created and produced according to designated timelines.
Coordinate multiple priorities while meeting simultaneous deadlines.

Education and Experience:
Education Level-Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Field of Study Marketing, advertising, media or related field
Years of Experience Generally requires 2-5 years related experience
